Freddie’s passion is the San Francisco Giants. You can predict he’ll be out of the office the opening day of the Giant’s home season, and if the Giants are having a good year, he agonizes over all the fall games. He’s probably wearing at least one item of Giants clothing. A lover of jazz, he has 7,000 songs on his IPOD, and goes to the library every week to look for new music to add to his collection. Freddie is the man in charge of the RealFacts checkbook. He collects our receivables, dispenses our payables, and takes a dim view of reckless spending. He started at RealFacts as a surveyor in 2000, and has single handedly added 4,000 apartment complexes to the database. Then we noticed in meetings that Freddie could calculate faster in his head then the rest of us on our calculators. We also discovered that he was treasurer of his church, and soon gave him the responsibility of looking after our money. He still supervises the quarterly update surveyors sometimes as many as twelve at one time.
