Caroline’s idea of fun is throwing a big party. She just invited 40 of her friends, neighbors, clients, family and staff to start the New Year eating black eyed peas for good luck and green spinach to bring money. She’s already at work planning the 20th anniversary party for RealFacts in 2009. Her writing career includes the publication of 50+ books and she is still an avid reader. Listening to more than 200 books a year requires a lot of help from friends, including the one in New York who reserves books for her library account, and the one in California who picks them up every week.

Caroline co-founded RealFacts in 1989 with her daughter, Sarah as an outgrowth of her career in educational publishing. Legally blind, she likes to joke that Realfacts is a case of the blind leading the sited. She’s the one responsible for the rigor of the database and makes the decisions about the company’s strategic position. Her greatest pleasure is talking on the phone.
