Booker was recruited for a quarterly update survey in 2006 by his former high school buddy and present brother-in-law, Freddie MacDonald. After a year of quarterly surveys, he began to research new communities to add to the Realfacts database, and is presently working on our expansion into North Carolina. He also makes the calls to track down new phone numbers for owners, or discover if a Florida apartment community has really gone condo. His success in eliciting information over the phone is due in part to his extremely courteous behavior. Booker acts like you've done him an enormous favor, if you tell him what time it is. The other major factor in his success is his persistence. He is willing to ask the same question over and over again, always in the nicest possible way.

Booker is unquestionably the best dressed person in the office. Due to his powers of observation, he notices the details of everything we all wear to the office.
